Terms of Service

By creating a TravelERP workspace you agree to these Terms of Service between you (the Agency) and TravelERP (the Platform).

1. Service

TravelERP provides multi-tenant software for travel CRM, operations, finance, and related modules subject to your subscribed plan and feature entitlements.

2. Accounts & tenants

You are responsible for users under your tenant, accurate GSTIN/company details, and lawful use of customer data. You must not attempt to access another tenant’s data.

3. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Failed renewals may place the subscription in past-due, grace, or suspended status. Coupons are subject to stated limits.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal bookings, fraud, spam, or reverse engineering of the Platform. Inventory sandbox providers are for testing; live GDS credentials are your responsibility when connected.

5. Data & privacy

See our Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for your customers and passengers.

6. Termination

You may cancel from Billing. We may suspend for non-payment or abuse. Data export should be requested before account deletion.
