Privacy Policy

TravelERP processes account, billing, and operational data to provide the SaaS platform.

What we collect

Agency profile, user accounts, subscription/payment metadata, product usage metrics, and support communications. Tenant-owned CRM/ops data is stored on behalf of the Agency.

How we use it

To operate the service, bill subscriptions, send transactional emails (digests, renewals, dunning), improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), email providers, and infrastructure vendors as required to run the product. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Tenant isolation, encrypted secrets where configured, access controls, and backups. No method is 100% secure; report issues to support.
